Lifetime Warranty & Guarantee

We build our furniture to outlast the room it sits in. Every piece that leaves our Three Lakes shop is engineered with the same structural integrity as a race chassis or aircraft frame. We stand behind that standard with an honest, straightforward warranty.

The Lifetime Structural Guarantee

For the lifetime of the original purchaser, Full Throttle Furniture guarantees all structural metal components and craftsmanship. This covers:

• Structural Welds: Any failure, fracture, or cracking of frame welds under standard indoor use.
• Materials & Framework: Integrity of the structural steel tubing, aluminum plate, brackets, and primary load-bearing members against bending, breaking, or material defects.
• Factory Hardware: Primary structural bolt joints and engineered fastening assemblies.

If a weld or structural metal component fails due to a defect in materials or fabrication, we will repair or replace the affected assembly at our discretion, free of charge.

90-Day Limited Coverage: Consumables & Wear Items

While the metal structure is built for a lifetime, items subject to friction, surface friction, and daily environmental contact are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of delivery. This includes:

• Contact Surfaces & Wearables: Leveling feet, nylon/rubber floor glides, bushings, and protective bumper inserts.
• Finishes & Coatings: Powder coat, clear coats, anodizing, or brushed surface treatments (covered for factory adhesion defects such as flaking or peeling, but excluding cosmetic scratches or wear resulting from normal daily use). We believe wear adds to the patina and story of all our furniture.
• Consumable Hardware: Secondary set screws, edge trim, or soft-interface materials and upholstery.

After 90 days, replacement glides, hardware, and maintenance components are available directly through our parts shop at cost.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty is designed around honest use. It does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, impact, or overloading beyond reasonable indoor furniture standards.
• Alterations, modifications, customer-performed welding, or third-party repairs.
• Exposure to corrosive environments, outdoor weather elements (unless the piece was custom-ordered and explicitly rated for outdoor marine use), or standing water.

How to File a Claim

If something isn't right, contact our shop directly at sitdown@ftfstore.com with your original order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected area. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will coordinate repair parts, shop service, or component replacement directly from our facility.
