Shipping & Lead Times

Every piece that leaves our shop is built to order. Because we fabricate our chairs by hand rather than pulling them off a warehouse shelf, our standard production and prep process can take up to 60 days before shipment, depending on design complexity, order quantity, and seasonal shop schedule.

Here is how your order moves from our shop floor to your door:

1. Handbuilt & Fitted

   Every chair begins as raw steel tubing and aluminum sheet. We cut, bend, weld, and fully assemble each chair right here in Three Lakes, Wisconsin to verify mechanical tolerances, seam alignments, and surface finishes before anything is approved for delivery.

2. Disassembly

   Once a chair passes inspection, we carefully disassemble it into its primary modular assemblies. Breaking the frame down allows us to protect critical weld points, powder-coat finishes, paint and raw aluminum panels from transit vibration and impact, while keeping shipping dimensions practical.

3. Protective Packaging

   Each component is individually wrapped in heavy protective foam, secured at high-contact edges, and boxed or crated in heavy-duty packaging designed specifically for freight handling. We pack every box to ensure nothing shifts, rubs, or scratches in transit.

4. Arrival & Setup

   Your chair ships with all required stainless steel or grade-8 assembly hardware and clear, step-by-step instructions. Reassembly requires only standard hand tools and takes just a few minutes.
